She spent her childhood years growing up in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Nehha made her first film appearance by playing the role of Guddi in the Hindi romantic film, Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin, in 1999. The film starred Sunny Deol, Apoorva Agnihotri, and Mahima Chaudhry.

In 2002, she appeared as Chaurangi in the critically acclaimed Hindi-language romantic drama film, Devdas, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, and Madhuri Dixit.

She brought to life the character of Sanjana Hiteshi, Sajan’s madam and love interest, in the Hindi-language fiction and sitcom television series, May I Come In Madam?, from 2016 to 2017.

Nehha Pendse replaced Saumya Tandon as Anita Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in the popular &TV sitcom, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, and started appearing opposite Aasif Sheikh in 2021.
